How to measure yourself
Use a soft tape, wear light underwear, and have someone help with the back measurements.
- Bust
- Around the fullest part of the bust, tape level and not pulled tight.
- Waist
- At the narrowest point, usually just above the navel. Breathe normally.
- Hip
- Around the fullest part of the hip and seat, about 20cm below the waist.
- Shoulder
- From the edge of one shoulder bone across the back to the other.
- Sleeve length
- From shoulder edge, over a slightly bent elbow, to the wrist.
- Dress length
- From the shoulder seam, over the bust, down to your desired hem.
How our silhouettes fit
- Corseted bodices (LUXE, ROYALE)
- Structured and close — order your true measurement; boning does the shaping.
- Column & bias gowns (ESSENCE)
- Cut close through the hip. If between sizes, take the larger.
- Boubou & kaftans
- Generous by design, one size covers a range. Choose by shoulder and length.
- Denim
- Rigid denim with slight ease; expect it to soften and relax half a size with wear.
