Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Add pieces to your shopping bag and send it to us on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, sizing and delivery, then share payment details. There is no automated checkout — every order is confirmed by a person.
What payment methods do you accept?
Nigerian bank transfer, card payment on request, and international transfer for overseas clients. All prices are in Nigerian Naira.
Do you offer payment in instalments?
Yes. Bespoke and couture commissions are usually 70% deposit to begin production and 30% before delivery.
Sizing & fit
How do I know my size?
Use our size & fit guide, or send your measurements on WhatsApp and we will recommend a size. Couture pieces can be made to your measurements at no extra cost.
What if it doesn't fit?
One round of complimentary alterations is included on couture and bespoke pieces within 30 days. Ready-to-wear can be exchanged within 7 days.
Bespoke
How long does a bespoke piece take?
Six to ten weeks including fittings. Hand-beaded pieces need the full window — tell us your event date at the enquiry stage.
Can you copy a dress I've seen?
No. We do not reproduce another designer's work. We will design something original inspired by what you respond to in the reference.
Can I do bespoke from outside Nigeria?
Yes. Consultations and measurement sessions are held by video call, and we ship worldwide.
Delivery & care
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.
Can I collect from the studio?
Yes — by appointment at No 8 Palmbay Estate, G.R.A., Ajah, Lagos, Nigeria, at no cost.
How do I care for my piece?
Every order includes a fabric-specific care card, and our care guide covers silk, velvet, beading, denim and lace in detail.
