Our pieces are made in small numbers and often to your measurements. Here is exactly what can be returned.
What applies to your piece
- Ready-to-wear
- Exchange or credit note within 7 days of delivery.
- Made-to-measure couture
- Complimentary alterations; no exchange or refund.
- Bespoke commissions
- Non-returnable — fittings are built into the process.
- Sale & archive pieces
- Final sale, except in the case of a fault.
- Faulty items
- Repaired, replaced or fully refunded, always.
How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason.

We confirm eligibility and send return instructions the same working day.
- 03
Return the piece unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original wrapping.
- 04
Once inspected, we arrange your exchange, alteration or credit note within 5 working days.
Alterations
One round of complimentary alterations is included on every couture and bespoke piece within 30 days of delivery. Bring it to No 8 Palmbay Estate, G.R.A., Ajah, Lagos, Nigeria or ship it to us.
Return shipping
Return postage is paid by the client unless the piece is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot process returns we do not receive.
